研究目的：

评价时空针灸对腰椎间盘突出症的有效性和安全性  

Objectives of Study：

To test the effect and safty of space-time for protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合诊断标准，腰痛为轻度疼痛，伴有或者不伴有坐骨神经痛者CT或者MRI检查存在腰椎间盘突出（包括膨出、突出、脱出）；
（2）年龄18-65岁，男女不限；
（3）近2周未进行止痛药物治疗者；
（4）本人签署或者直系亲属代签知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Mild and poderate low back pain with or without sciatica corresponding to herniated lumbar disc diagnosis standards formulated by North American Spine Society in 2012, and lumbar disc herniation including wnclosed, protruding, protruding showed by CT or MRI;
(2) Aged 18-65 years male and female;
(3) No pain medication in 2 weeks;
(4) Who sign or direct relatives to sign informed consent.

排除标准：

（l）虽有腰部疼痛，但不属于腰椎间盘突出症引起的疼痛的患者，如骨折、椎体前移、手术、癌症、感染；
（2）巨大型、中央型、游离型椎间盘突出，出现马尾综合征或足下垂，需要绝对手术治疗的患者；
（3）确诊腰椎间盘突出症但已经做过手术者；
（4）合并心、脑、血管、肾、肝、消化、造血障碍、糖尿病等器官或系统严重原发性疾病的患者；
（5）孕妇、哺乳期及近半年有生育要求的妇女；
（6）不能理解或者记录相关评分指标者；
（7）伴有智力障碍、有中度以上焦虑、抑郁等精神疾病者；
（8）不能配合针刺者；
（9）正在从事其它疼痛类疾病药物或者物理治疗者，或正在参加其它临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Other low back pain was not resulted by protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc, like fracture, prevertebral movement, surgery, cancer, infection.
(2) Protrusion of intervertebral disc with large, central, free type,or with the symptom horsetail syndrome or foot droop, and whic need to surgery.
(3) Lumbar disc herniation but has been performed an operation;
(4) Patients with serious primary diseases of the heart, brain, blood vessels, kidneys, liver, digestive, hematopoietic disorders, diabetes, etc.;
(5) Women who have fertility requirements during pregnancy, lactation and nearly half a year;
(6) Failing to understand or record the relevant scoring indicators;
(7) Mentally ill persons with mental retardation, moderate or higher levels of anxiety and depression;
(8) Unable to cooperate with the acupuncture;
(9) Who is involved in other pain medications or physical therapists, or are participating in other clinical trials.
