Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: 1. To explore the role of gene environment interaction and epigenetics in myopia; 2. Master the impact of accurate environmental monitoring, metabolites, growth and development on myopia; 3. To study and evaluate the strategies of myopia intervention by multi technology route, and to establish a comprehensive intervention and evaluation program for common diseases among students; 4. Establishment and application evaluation of myopia early warning mechanism..

纳入标准：

1.学生无其他严重眼病；
2.学生民族为中国汉族；
3.父母或者监护人有提供知情同意的能力；
4.选取队列人群中二年级学生，学生年纪为7.5~8.5岁。

2. Chinese Han Nationality students;
3. Ability of parents/guardians to provide informed consent;
4. Aged 7.5 to 8.5 years.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

（1）将数据电脑落实到责任人负责人要把电脑数据保密、保管和软硬件的维护工作，要定期或不定期的更换不同保密方法或密码口令。 （2）使用权规定，本数据电脑，使用前需向该电脑负责人报告并说明理由。同时该机只允许本部门人员使用。严禁外人或外部门人员使用本中心数据电脑。因工作需要使用的，必须经中心领导许可，方可使用。 （3）电脑操作人员要定期进行软件病毒库升级、补丁包更新，关闭不必要的端口。为保证数据安全，未经负责人同意，任何人不得擅自更改、删除、拷贝、打印、输出各种保密数据和相关资料。 （4）受试学生及监护人有权知晓本人相关测试结果的解释，个人测试结果及解释由现场负责人指导后，由数据系统平台统一反馈。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

(1) The person in charge of implementing the data computer to the responsible person shall keep the computer data confidential, keep and maintain the software and hardware, and change different secret methods or password passwords regularly or irregularly. (2) The right to use the data computer is required to report to the person in charge of the computer and explain the reasons before using it. At the same time, the machine is only allowed to be used by personnel in the Department.
