研究目的：

（1）评估乳腺癌患者术前的焦虑状态与全身麻醉后疼痛、恶心呕吐等不良反应以及心率变异性的相关性，为寻找术后疼痛及PONV的危险因素提供临床依据。 （2）评价术前给与镇静药物对焦虑患者全身麻醉术后不良反应的影响，为减轻患者术后不良反应提供临床理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To evaluate the correlation between preoperative anxiety state of breast cancer patients and adverse reactions such as pain, nausea and vomiting after general anesthesia, as well as heart rate variability, so as to provide clinical evidence for finding risk factors for postoperative pain and PONV. (2) To evaluate the effects of preoperative sedative drugs on postoperative adverse reactions in patients with anxiety under general anesthesia, and to provide clinical theoretical basis for reducing postoperative adverse reactions in patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①乳腺癌手术患者；
②ASA分级I~II级；
③年龄18~60岁；
④体重50~75kg；
⑤受教育程度不低于小学的患者。

Inclusion criteria

①Breast cancer patients undergoing surgery;
②ASA classification I~II;
③Age 18~60 years old;
④The weight of 50~75kg;
⑤Patients with education level not lower than primary school.

排除标准：

①精神疾病病史及认知功能异常，精神药物使用史；
②严重中枢神经系统疾病；
③严重心血管疾病、肾病、糖尿病、肝病；
④长期大量饮酒吸烟史；
⑤慢性疼痛、长期服用镇静镇痛药物的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

①History of mental illness, abnormal cognitive function, and history of psychotropic drug use;
②Severe diseases of the central nervous system;
③Serious cardiovascular disease, kidney disease, diabetes, liver disease;
④A long history of heavy drinking and smoking;
⑤Patients with chronic pain and long-term use of sedative and analgesic drugs.
