主要目的：评价粪菌移植治疗溃疡性结肠炎的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of fecal bacteria transplantation in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.中-重度溃疡性结肠炎患者（Mayo评分6-12）；
2.年龄≥18岁；
3.自愿参加并签署知情同意书，并完成随访。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with moderate to severe ulcerative colitis (Mayo score 6-12);
2. Age >= 18 years;
3. Voluntarily participate and sign informed consent, and complete follow-up.

排除标准：

1.既往腹部手术史；
2.近1个月内服用抗生素、益生菌或益生元等；
3.合并严重心、肝、肾等系统疾病；
4.孕妇。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previous abdominal surgery history;
2. Taking antibiotics, probiotics or prebiotics in recent one month;
3. Severe heart, liver and kidney diseases;
4. Pregnant women.
