研究目的：

应用共聚焦明确结膜相关淋巴组织在角膜炎、糖尿病、翼状胬肉、角膜移植、睑板腺功能障碍发病过程中形态和功能的变化。  

Objectives of Study：

In Vivo confocal microscopy was used to determine the morphological and functional changes of conjunctiva associated lymphoid tissue in keratitis, diabetes, pterygium, corneal transplantation and meibomian gland dysfunction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄≥18岁，临床诊断为角膜炎、翼状胬肉、睑板腺功能障碍、糖尿病、角膜移植之一的患者及经病史询问、眼前段、眼底检查排除眼部疾病的健康人群。

Inclusion criteria

Patients ≥18 years old, who were clinically diagnosed as keratitis, pterygium, meibomian gland dysfunction, diabetes and corneal transplantation, and healthy people who were excluded from eye diseases after medical history inquiry, anterior segment and fundus examination.

排除标准：

合并有两种或两种以上眼部疾病、过去6个月内曾接受内眼手术（包括玻璃体切除术，白内障摘除术，巩膜扣带术和青光眼术），并且不排除有激光光凝或玻璃体内注射史的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patinets who have two or more eye diseases and those who have undergone internal eye surgery in the past 6 months
