研究目的：

本研究目的是通过前瞻性随访胸腹腔镜大手术围术期睡眠质量，1)估计胸腹腔镜大手术围术期PSD发生率；2)分析围术期PSD的原因；3)统计围术期疼痛相关觉醒次数；4)分层分析术后疼痛、阿片类药物与PSD的相关性；5)分层分析术中麻醉药物与PSD的相关性  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to prospectively follow up the perioperative sleep quality during thoracoscopic and laparoscopic surgery. 1) Estimate the incidence of perioperative PSD . 2)To analyze the causes of perioperative PSD; 3) Count the number of perioperative pain-related awakenings; 4) Stratified analysis of the correlation between postoperative pain, opioids and PSD; 5) Stratified analysis of the correlation between intraoperative anesthetic drugs and PSD

纳入标准：

年龄＞18岁；择期行胸腔镜手术的患者；择期行腹腔镜手术的患者；手术分级≥Ⅲ级；ASA分级Ⅰ～Ⅲ级。

Inclusion criteria

Age> 18; Patients undergoing elective thoracoscopic surgery; Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic surgery; Surgical grade ≥ III; ASA grade I ~ III.

排除标准：

胸腔镜心脏手术；拒绝参加本研究者；无法配合问卷调查者；

Exclusion criteria：

Thoracoscopic cardiac surgery; Refuse to participate in the study; Unable to cooperate with questionnaire investigators;
