研究目的：

探讨改进型腹腔镜下腹膜透析置管技术（即腹壁下潜行腹腔镜下腹膜透析置管技术）在发生围手术期\近期和远期并发症的优势，  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the advantages of improved laparoscopic peritoneal dialysis catheterization (i.e. laparoscopic peritoneal dialysis catheterization under abdominal wall) in-term complications,

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

需要进行腹膜透析的病人分为3组，分别实施改进型腹腔镜下腹膜透析置管技术（A组）、悬吊法腹腔镜下腹膜透析置管术（B组）、开腹腹膜析置管术（C组）。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Patients requiring peritoneal dialysis were divided into three groups: improved laparoscopic peritoneal dialysis catheterization (A group), suspension laparoscopic peritoneal dialysis catheterization (B group) and open peritoneal dialysis catheterization (C group). 

纳入标准：

A年龄>18岁；B确诊尿毒症

Inclusion criteria

A age >18; B confirmed uremia

排除标准：

A 病人不合作如老年性痴呆、脑血管意外后遗症；B合并感染；C凝血功能障碍；D各种恶性肿瘤；E严重的心脑血管疾病；F严重的肺功能障碍;G严重营养不良;H有下腹部手术史。

Exclusion criteria：

A patients do not cooperate such as Alzheimer's disease, cerebrovascular accident sequelae; B co-infection; C coagulation dysfunction; D various malignant tumors; E severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; F severe pulmonary dysfunction; G severe malnutrition; have a history of lower abdominal surgery.
