研究目的：

探讨ESPB及MTP阻滞在腔镜辅助肾切除术术后多模式镇痛的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of ESPB and MTP block on multimodal analgesia after laparoscopic assisted nephrectomy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.择期行腔镜肾切除患者；
2.年龄30~80岁；
3.体重45~85kg，BMI值18-30kg/m^2；
4.ASA分级I~III级。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients schedualed laparoscopic nephrectomy;
2.Age 30~80 years old;
3.Weight 45~85kg, BMI 18-30 kg/m^2;
4.ASA grade I~ III.

排除标准：

1.对麻醉药物过敏；
2.泌尿系手术史；
3.酗酒或长期服用阿片类药物者；
4.精神病患者或语言障碍及不能完成VAS评分者；
5.高血压、糖尿病、心脏病且没有正规治疗者；
6.凝血功能或肝肾功能明显异常。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Allergic to narcotic drugs;
2.History of urinary surgery;
3.Those who drink alcohol or take opioids for a long time;
4.Psychiatric patients or language disorders and those who cannot complete VAS scores;
5.High blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease and no formal treatment;
6.The coagulation function or liver and kidney function is obviously abnormal.
