研究目的：

在亲属肾移植或DCD供体肾移植中，对移植受者进行骨髓细胞输注或联用供者骨片种植术，或骨髓干细胞输注，有效预防和治疗免疫因素介导的移植物损伤及移植术后各种可能相关并发症  

Objectives of Study：

To ameliorate and treat transplant drauma mediated by immunological factors and to decrease the post-transplant complications by bone marrow cells infusion, bone marrow cells infusion plus donor bone fragments implantation，or by bone marrow stem cells infusion in living kidney transplantation or donor from cardiac death (DCD) transplantation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 自愿参加并签署知情同意书
2. 年龄为18～65，性别不限
3. 需要进行肾脏移植手术且为首次移植者

Inclusion criteria

1, agree to participate in this study and give informed consent;2, age 18-65 years old, both male and female;3, the first time to receive a kidney transplant.

排除标准：

1. 热缺血时间大于10分钟
2．冷却血时间大于或等于24小时
3. 不能配合临床试验人员完成相关检查者
4,供受者存在传染性疾病(HBV,HCV,AIDS)
5. 正在参加或过去12周参加药物试验或其它医疗器械试验者
6. 其它临床试验人员认为应排除的情况

Exclusion criteria：

1. the warm ischemic time>10min;
2. the cold ischemic time>24hours;
3. fail to complete the related examinations;
4. donor and recipient with HBV,HCV,and AIDS;
5. participating any other clinical trial; have been participated any other clinical trial during the past 12 weeks;
6. other situations that should be excluded into this study.
