研究目的：

1.创建并实施适合农村老年居民的体力活动干预模式。 2.评估干预模式的效果，以期为今后类似的研究提供经验，以及为卫生政策的制定提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Create and implement a physical activity intervention model suitable for rural elderly residents. 2. Evaluate the effects of the intervention model, with a view to providing experience for similar research in the future and providing a basis for the formulation of health policies.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、年满60岁以上的老年人；
2、15min能行走400m；
3、可不借助他人或拐杖行走；
4、过去一年内未摔倒过；
5、无严重认知或听觉障碍；
6、能接听电话；
7、能完成Time UP&GO 试验。

Inclusion criteria

1. Elderly people aged 60 years and older;
2. Can walk 400m in 15 minutes;
3. Can walk without the help of others or crutches;
4. Have not fallen in the past year;
5. Have no severe cognitive or hearing impairment;
6. Able to answer the call;
7. Able to complete the Time UP&GO test.

排除标准：

1、有中风、严重肺部疾病、关节炎、帕金森、严重心脏疾病史；
2、三年内进行过重大手术；
3、高血压、糖尿病控制情况差；
4、正在接受癌症治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Has a history of stroke, severe lung disease, arthritis, Parkinson's disease and severe heart disease;
2. Had major surgery in three years;
3. Poor control of hypertension and diabetes;
4. Receiving cancer treatment.

采用多阶段抽样，第一阶段在四川省随机抽取一个县；第二阶段在该县抽取数个在社会人口特征、乡村文化、乡村人际关系等方面具有可比性与相似性的村，分两组，一组为干预组，另一组为对照组（为了避免沾染，尽可能保持两组的空间距离）；第三阶段再采用单纯随机抽样每一组分别抽取名300名参与对象。
