研究目的：

设计一个随机对照临床试验，让患者戴用合垫牵拉髁突向下的方法，观测能否修复早期骨关节病  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the possibility of bone defect repair in early osteroarthrosis of temporomandibular joint by joint distraction with splint by means of pulling down the condyle, in a randomized controlled trial.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、年龄：16-30岁；
2、早期骨关节病：CBCT表现为髁突表面皮质骨影像消失，并可见小的骨缺损，无骨质的硬化、增生、变形、短小等严重骨关节病改变；
3、无明显疼痛和开口受限（开口度小于35mm）等严重症状需要及时的其他手段治疗；
4、自愿加入，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged between 16 and 30 years old;
2. Early osteoarthrosis: early osseous changes including loss of continuity of articular cortex and surface erosion, but no advanced osseous changes, such as generalized sclerosis, osteophyte, deviation in form, from cone beam computerized tomography;
3. No severe symptoms such as pain and limited mouth opening (less than 35 mm) that require timely treatment;
4. Informed consent was obtained from all volunteers.

排除标准：

1、全身性多关节炎；
2、风湿或类风湿性关节炎；
3、急性滑膜炎或化脓性关节炎；
4、系统性疾病或其他疾病；
5、有明显的心理问题，如焦虑、抑郁；
6、口腔和咬合情况不适合戴合垫者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Systemic arthritis;
2. Rheumatic or rheumatoid arthritis;
3. Acute synovitis or suppurative arthritis of temporomandibular joint;
4. Systemic diseases;
5. Psychologically distressed, such as suffering from anxious and depressive symptoms;
6. Oral and occlusal conditions not suitable for splint therapy.
