研究目的：

以接受髋部手术的老年患者为研究对象进行开放性研究；观察外周血CNS源性外泌体α-syn的变化规律及CRP变化情况。选取拟行髋部手术的老年患者，采用意识模糊评估法（confusion assessment method，CAM）判断临床患者术前、术后是否发生POD。检测脑脊液、外周血外泌体α-syn等血生化标志物的水平，并比对二者的相关性，然后经过和经典的POD量表匹配对比，明确外周血外泌体α-syn等血生化标志物对POD是否具有预警和早期诊断价值。

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

拟接受髋部手术；ASA分级I ~ Ш级；年龄≥65岁；同意参加本研究，并签署麻醉知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. hip fracture;
2. ASA I-III;
3. aged > 65 years.

排除标准：

存在精神障碍病史；长期服用镇静或抗抑郁药或一个月内使用可显著影响精神活动的药物；术前存在阿尔茨海默氏病等神经退行性疾病；术前合并脑血管意外、脑外伤史；术前已经发生谵妄；无法沟通、配合测试的患者；不能签署知情同意书者或拒绝参加本研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. mental disease(DSM-IV);
2. a synuclein;
3. preoperative delirium;
4. severe hearing problem;
5. disagree to sign the concent.
