研究目的：

本课题拟针对血浆D－二聚体升高的住院病人制定一个简单实时有效的评分量表，有效评估出患者为肺栓塞的可能性大小，并推荐可能性大者行肺栓塞确诊检查（肺动脉CTA），最终实现：1.提高血浆D－二聚体升高患者的肺栓塞的检出率；2.指导临床医生对D－二聚体升高的住院病人做出合理的诊治决策，从而减少部分患者不必要的痛苦及负担，实现医疗资源的合理分配及有效利用。  

Objectives of Study：

We plan to design a newly practical clinical model to assess the probability of pulmonary embolism(PE) for the inpatients with elevated D-dimmer,and then recommend those who be in high probability to be checkd by pulmonary artery CT angiography, aimming at: 1）improving the accuracy of diagnosis for PE;2) guiding clinicians to make proferable decision for those inpatients with elevated D – dimer,so ao to ease the burden of patients,and enhance the utilization efficiency of medical resources.

纳入标准：

住院患者中血浆D－二聚体>500ug/L,年龄在18-80岁之间。

Inclusion criteria

1. Inpatients with plasma D-Dimer>500ug/L;
2. Aged between 18 to 80 years old.

排除标准：

受试者有研究者判断可能干扰受试者参与本研究的能力的其他具有临床意义的医学状态、精神状态或实验室异常。

Exclusion criteria：

Subjects had the judgment may interfere with the rest of the subjects' ability to participate in this study the clinical significance of medical status, mental status, or laboratory abnormalities.
