研究目的：

1.通过冷敷治疗使皮肤温度降至最适温度：选择降温效果好的冰袋；确定最佳的冷敷有效面积；选择适当的创面包扎物、冰袋隔层； 2.观察单侧全膝关节置换术后患者冷敷疗法的疗效。 目前临床上冷敷疗法对患者全膝关节置换术后使用的随意性很大，希望通过本课题的研究规避上述因素对冷敷效果的影响，从而为TKA后患者冷疗提供客观的科学依据，为患者选择有效、安全、精细化的冷敷方法，保证更广大患者冷敷效果、提高医疗资源效价比。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Cold compress is used to reduce the skin temperature to the optimal temperature: an ice bag with good temperature reduction effect is selected; Determining an optimal cold compress effective area; Selection of appropriate wound dressings and ice bag interlayer; 2. To observe the efficacy of cold compress therapy for patients after unilateral total knee arthroplasty. At present, cold compress therapy has great randomness for patients after total knee arthroplasty in clinical practice, and we hope that the effects of the above factors on cold compress effect can be avoided through the research of this subject, so as to provide an objective scientific basis for patients' cold therapy after TKA, select an effective, safe and meticulous cold compress method for patients, ensure the cold compress effect of more patients, and improve the titer ratio of medical resources.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

前期阶段：健康参与者
临床试验部分：
①诊断符合膝关节骨关节炎的诊断标准；
②初次行单侧全膝关节置换术；
③患者双膝既往无开放性外伤史、骨折病史及手术史；
④年龄50～70岁。
⑤同意参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Early stage: healthy participants
Clinical trials section:
① The diagnosis meets the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis;
② Unilateral total knee arthroplasty is performed for the first time;
③ The patient has no previous history of open trauma, fracture or surgery to his knees;
④ Age: 50–70 years old.
⑤ Patients agreed to participate in the study and signed informed consent form.

排除标准：

前期阶段：受试者如果在开始进行干预前的3个月内患有肌肉骨骼疾病、下肢手术或存在开放性伤口、对冷不耐受或过敏、神经系统疾病、心血管疾病、泌尿和代谢疾病、雷诺氏综合征、糖尿病，则被排除在外。
临床试验部分：
①听觉、运动、感觉、认知功能障碍或伴有精神疾病；
②对冷敷过敏者；
③静脉功能不全、凝血功能异常；
④合并有其他严重疾病不能耐受手术者；
⑤术前患侧膝关节经过低温治疗者；
⑥住院期间发生关节内假体周围感染、不明原因的关节僵硬、异位骨化、下肢深静脉血栓形成或者其他影响功能恢复并发症的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Early stage:Exclusion in case of musculoskeletal disorders, lower extremity surgery or presence of open wounds, cold intolerance or allergies, neurological disorders, cardiovascular, urinary and metabolic disorders, Raynaud's syndrome, diabetes within 3 months before initiating intervention.
Clinical trials section:
① Auditory, motor, sensory and cognitive dysfunction or accompanied by mental disease;
② those who are allergic to cold compress;
③ Venous insufficiency and coagulation abnormality;
④ those who are combined with other serious diseases and cannot tolerate the operation;
⑤ The affected knee joint underwent hypothermia treatment before operation;
⑥ Patients who suffer from periprosthetic infection, unexplained joint stiffness, heterotopic ossification, lower extremity deep vein thrombosis or other complications affecting functional recovery during hospitalization.
