Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy of Vitamin D supplementation on prevention of the recurrence of BPPV.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合中华医学会耳鼻咽喉科分会BPPV 诊断标准：Dix-Hallpike 试验阳性诊为垂直半规管BPPV，水平滚转试验阳性诊为水平半规管 BPPV，均为特发性BPPV，年龄≥18岁且≤80岁；
2.就诊当天诊断为维生素D缺乏症，即血清25羟维生素D（25（OH）D<20 ng/ml）；
3.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. In line with the BPPV diagnostic criteria of the Otolaryngology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association (a positive Dix-Hallpike test is diagnosed as vertical semicircular canal BPPV, and a positive horizontal rolling test is diagnosed as horizontal semicircular canal BPPV, all of which are idiopathic BPPV, aged >= 18 and <= 80 years;
2. Vitamin D deficiency was diagnosed on the day of consultation (25(OH)D<20 ng/ml);
3. Signe the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.合并其它外周眩晕疾病或中枢性眩晕疾病；
2.合并感染性疾病史；
3.合并过敏性疾病；
4.合并慢性血液系统疾病、肾脏疾病、肠道疾病、严重心血管系统疾病、中枢神经系统疾病；
5.影响维生素D代谢的药物服用史；
6.妊娠期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with other peripheral vertigo diseases or central vertigo diseases;
2. Combined infection History of sexual diseases;
3. Combined allergic diseases;
4. Combined chronic blood system disease, kidney disease, intestinal disease, severe cardiovascular system disease, central nervous system disease;
5. History of taking drugs that affect Vitamin D metabolism;
6. Pregnant women.
