研究目的：

改良传统的术式，经眉下切口切除较厚的皮肤并去除更大范围轮匝肌，经睫毛上切口行提上睑肌腱膜前徙，研究该改良术式的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the effect of the modified method, the thick skin and the orbicularis muscle were removed through the subeyebrow incision, and the aponeurosis of the upper eyelid was migrated through the upper eyelash incision.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.诊断为特发性眼睑痉挛，肉毒毒素治疗无效，年龄40-80岁；
2.无严重全身疾病及精神疾病，可以耐受手术；
3.理解手术作用及可能出现的并发症。

Inclusion criteria

1.The patient was diagnosed as idiopathic blepharospasm, who did not respond to botulinum toxin treatment. The patient was 40-80 years old;
2.No serious systemic disease and mental disease, can tolerate surgery;
3.Understand the effects of surgery and possible complications.
