研究目的：

改良传统的术式，经眉下切口切除较厚的皮肤并去除更大范围轮匝肌，经睫毛上切口行提上睑肌腱膜前徙，研究该改良术式的作用。

To study the effect of modified myotomy for the treatment of benign essential blephatospasm

纳入标准：

纳入标准：1.诊断为特发性眼睑痉挛，肉毒毒素治疗无效，年龄40-80岁；2.无严重全身疾病及精神疾病，可以耐受手术；3.理解手术作用及可能出现的并发症。

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnosis as benign essential blephatospasm, age 40-80 years old; 2. With no severe systemic diseases; 3. Understand the complications of surgery.
