评估健康成人对含有麦芽糖醇和聚葡萄糖饼干的短期消化耐受性。  

Objectives of Study:

Objective to evaluate the short-term digestive tolerance of healthy adults to biscuits containing maltitol and polydextrose.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

年龄范围:18-45岁;
通过乳果糖氢气呼气试验检测,无膳食纤维消化障碍;
身体健康:空腹血糖、血生化指标、血压(收缩压和舒张压)、心率等指标均正常(入组时根据以往体检结果进行初筛);
饮食规律,无进食障碍或节食史,膳食纤维摄入量不超过40克/天;
定期参加适度的身体活动;
每次试验需禁食12小时;
每次实验期间避免暴饮暴食、高强度体力活动;
可以保证完整参加整个实验过程;
在试验期间维持其饮食习惯。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18-45 years old;
2. The results showed that there was no digestive disorder of dietary fiber;
3. Physical health: fasting blood glucose, blood biochemical indexes, blood pressure (systolic and diastolic pressure), heart rate and other indicators are normal (the first screening is conducted according to the previous physical examination results when entering the group);
4. Diet rule, no eating disorder or diet history, dietary fiber intake not more than 40 g / day;
5. Participate in appropriate physical activities regularly;
6. Each test requires fasting for 12 hours;
7. During each experiment, avoid overeating and high-intensity physical activity;
8. It can ensure the complete participation in the whole experiment process;
9. Maintain their eating habits during the trial.

排除标准:

患有任何慢性病、肠道疾病临床或精神疾病;
有食物过敏史,如小麦、牛奶、鸡蛋、坚果等,或乳糖不耐受;
定期服用处方药或实验前两周内服用过不适合本次研究的药物;
食用高蛋白、素食等非常规饮食;
经前紧张或经期食欲变化显著的女性;
孕妇和哺乳期女性;
在试验期间可能接收任何手术;
在过去一个月内参加过任何其他试验性调查研究;
男性每天饮酒的酒精量超过25g,女性超过15g;
每天抽烟超过4支;
3个月内有抗生素或泻药使用史。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Suffering from any chronic disease, intestinal disease, clinical or mental illness;
2. Have a history of food allergy, such as wheat, milk, eggs, nuts, etc., or lactose intolerance;
3. Taking prescription drugs regularly or taking drugs unsuitable for this study within two weeks before the experiment;
4. Eating high protein, vegetarian and other unconventional diet;
5. Women with premenstrual tension or menstrual appetite change significantly;
6. Pregnant and lactating women;
7. May receive any surgery during the trial;
8. Participated in any other pilot study in the past month;
9. The daily alcohol consumption of male was more than 25g, and that of female was more than 15g;
10. Smoking more than 4 cigarettes a day;
11. There was a history of using antibiotics or laxatives within 3 months.
