研究目的：

本研究采用平行的单盲随机对照试验方法，以合并维生素D缺乏的BPPV患者为研究对象，补充维生素D为干预措施，研究维生素D对BPPV复发的干预影响。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, a parallel single-blind randomized controlled trial method was used, with BPPV patients with vitamin D deficiency as the research object, and vitamin D supplementation as an intervention measure to study the effect of vitamin D on the recurrence of BPPV.

纳入标准：

纳入标准：①符合中华医学会耳鼻咽喉科分会BPPV 诊断标准：Dix-Hallpike 试验阳性诊为垂直半规管BPPV，水平滚转试验阳性诊为水平半规管 BPPV，均为特发性BPPV，年龄≥18岁且≤80岁；②就诊当天诊断为维生素D缺乏症，即血清25羟维生素D（25（OH）D<20 ng/ml）；③患者与家属同意并签署知情同意书，并经本院医学伦理委员会讨论通过。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria ①In line with the BPPV diagnostic criteria of the Otolaryngology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association: a positive Dix-Hallpike test is diagnosed as vertical semicircular canal BPPV, and a positive horizontal rolling test is diagnosed as horizontal semicircular canal BPPV, all of which are idiopathic BPPV, aged ≥18 years and ≤80 years old ②Vitamin D deficiency was diagnosed on the day of consultation, that is, serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D (25(OH)D<20 ng/ml); ③The patient and family members agreed and signed an informed consent form, which was discussed and approved by the medical ethics committee of this hospital .

排除标准：

排除标准：①头部创伤、偏头疼、梅尼埃病、前庭神经炎、突发性耳聋、手术等原因引起的继发性 BPPV；②合并其它外周眩晕疾病或中枢性眩晕疾病；③合并感染性疾病史；④合并过敏性疾病；⑤慢性血液系统疾病、肾脏疾病、肠道疾病、严重心血管系统疾病、中枢神经系统疾病等；⑥影响维生素D代谢的药物服用史，包括钙离子调节剂、服用维生素 D 等药物；⑦妊娠期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: ① secondary BPPV caused by head trauma, migraine, Meniere's disease, vestibular neuritis, sudden deafness, surgery, etc.; ②combined with other peripheral vertigo diseases or central vertigo diseases; ③combined infection History of sexual diseases; ④Combined allergic diseases; ⑤Chronic blood system disease, kidney disease, intestinal disease, severe cardiovascular system disease, central nervous system disease, etc.; ⑥A history of taking drugs that affect vitamin D metabolism, including calcium ion regulators , Take vitamin D and other drugs; ⑦ pregnant women.
