研究目的：

通过该临床试验，探讨MVD治疗原发性高血压的手术疗效、手术适应症、手术方法及术后并发症等，尝试制定MVD治疗原发性高血压的诊疗规范。  

Objectives of Study：

This clinical trial aims to investigate the efficiency,indication,skill and complication of microvascular decompression in treatment of essential hypertension.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①单侧面肌痉挛诊断明确；②原发性高血压诊断明确；③成年患者（18

Inclusion criteria

1. Unilateral of hemifacial spasm;
2. Essential hypertension;
3. Adults aged 18 to 70 years;
4. Accept the microvascular decompression for the first time;
5. Eligible individual who is registered permanent residences;
6. Sign the consent for clinical research;
7. agreed for long-term follow-ups.

排除标准：

①继发性面肌痉挛；②术后出现严重并发症；③有交流困难及依从性差的患者；④妊娠或哺乳期妇女；⑤发现其他重大疾病及严重精神障碍患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Secondary hemifacial spasm;
2. Patients with serious complications after MVD operation;
3. Patients have communication difficulty or poor compliance;
4. Women during pregnant stage and breast-feed stage;
5. Patients with other medical complications or serious mental disorders.
