研究目的：

近年来，受不良饮食习惯、运动不足等诸多因素的影响，超重肥胖的人数不断增加。肥胖病是由多种因素引起的一种慢性代谢性疾病，一方面，肥胖问题不仅会导致肥胖患者的形体发生改变，导致肥胖患者的心理出现问题，影响其身体机能及素质；另一方面，还可能会引发许多危及身体健康的并发症，如高血压病、高脂血症、冠心病、糖尿病、睡眠呼吸暂停综合征、多种癌症以及某些疼痛类的病症。大学生中超重和肥胖的比例增长迅速，占总体的 20%以上，男生更是达到了 28%，这个问题比较突出 。大学生作为国之栋梁，是祖国的未来和民族的希望，其身心健康值得我们高度关注。本课题在穴位埋线配合生活方式干预的基础上练习八段锦，体医融合，旨在为肥胖大学生提供一种安全有效的减肥方案。  

Objectives of Study：

In recent years, the number of overweight and obesity is increasing due to many factors, such as bad eating habits, lack of exercise and so on. Obesity is a chronic metabolic disease caused by a variety of factors. On the one hand, obesity will not only lead to changes in the body of obese patients, lead to psychological problems of obese patients, affect their physical function and quality; on the other hand, it may also lead to many complications that endanger their health, such as hypertension, hyperlipidemia, coronary heart disease, diabetes, insomnia Sleep apnea syndrome, a variety of cancers and some pain disorders. The proportion of overweight and obesity in college students is growing rapidly, accounting for more than 20% of the total, and the proportion of boys is 28%, which is a prominent problem. As the pillars of our country, college students are the future of our country and the hope of our nation, and their physical and mental health deserves our high attention. On the basis of Catgut Embedding at acupoints and lifestyle intervention, this project aims to provide a safe and effective weight loss program for obese college students.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合诊断标准的肥胖患者；
2.患者体质指数 28 kg/m2≤（BMI）＜32 kg/m2；
3.年龄在 18 岁到 25 岁之间的在校大学生，性别不限；
4.参与本次研究前 6 个月内未进行其他相关减肥措施；
5.阅读并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Obese patients meeting the diagnostic criteria;

2. Body mass index 28 kg / m2 <= (BMI) < 32 kg/m2 ;

3. College students aged between 18 and 25, regardless of gender;

4. No other weight loss measures were taken within 6 months before participating in this study;

5. Read and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.凝血功能差合并感染、出血者；
2.皮肤局部有感染者；
3.合并有严重心、肝、肾功能障碍或危重症者；
4.继发性肥胖症如下丘脑病变，或内分泌系统疾病如皮质醇增多症、甲状腺功能
低下、胰岛素细胞瘤等；
5.对异体蛋白（如对鱼、虾、蟹等海鲜、鸡蛋）过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Poor coagulation function with infection and bleeding;

2. Local skin infection;

3. Patients with severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction or critical illness;

4. Secondary obesity includes thalamic lesions, or endocrine system diseases such as hypercortisolism and thyroid function

Hypoinsulinemia, insulinoma, etc;

5. Allergic to foreign protein (such as fish, shrimp, crab and other seafood, eggs).
