研究目的：

本课题利用健脾祛湿脐灸对痰湿质肥胖患者进行干预治疗，旨在观察健脾祛湿脐灸对痰湿质肥胖患者的临床效应，为临床痰湿质肥胖患者寻求更有效的治疗方法。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Qushi umbilical moxibustion on obese patients with phlegm dampness, and to seek a more effective treatment for obese patients with phlegm dampness.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄为18～60周岁，男女不限；
2.符合肥胖（28kg/m2≤BMI＜32kg/m2）及满足中医痰湿体质诊断标准者；
3.治疗前2个月内未行其他相关减肥治疗者；
4.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. The age is 18-60 years old, regardless of gender;
2. Those who meet obesity (28kg/m2 <= BMI < 32kg/m2) and meet the diagnostic criteria of phlegm and dampness in traditional Chinese medicine;
3. Those who have not undergone other related weight loss treatments within 2 months before treatment;
4. Sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.其他体质类型者；
2.因内分泌疾病或代谢障碍性疾病等引起的继发性肥胖者，如下丘脑综合症、性腺功能不全、甲状腺功能减退症、库欣综合征、多囊卵巢综合征、肿瘤、药物等原因导致的肥胖。
3.服用与疾病相关药物，或接受其他治疗期间者；
4.患有严重心、脑、肝、肾、造血系统等疾病者；
5.沟通有障碍者或不配合研究者；
6.妊娠期、哺乳期女性及过敏体质者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with other physique types;
2. Secondary obesity caused by endocrine diseases or metabolic disorders, such as hypothalamic syndrome, gonadal dysfunction, hypothyroidism, Cushing syndrome, polycystic ovary syndrome, tumors, drugs, etc. Obesity.
3. Those who take medicines related to the disease or receive other treatments;
4. People with severe heart, brain, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and other diseases;
5. Those who have communication difficulties or who do not cooperate with the researcher;
6. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding and those with allergies.
