研究目的：

本研究旨在进一步明确和完善TURP术后患者发生VTE的危险因素，为其临床预防提供坚实的理论基础。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to further clarify the risk factors for VTE in patients after TURP operation, and to provide a solid theoretical basis for its clinical prevention.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

2017.01--2020.12间我院符合TURP手术指征的BPH患者。

Inclusion criteria

2017.01--2020.12 BPH patients in Xiangya Hospital who are eligible to the TURP surgery.

排除标准：

1.活动性恶性疾病；
2.既往前列腺手术或泌尿系统重建手术的历史；
3.术后病检证实为前列腺ca；
4.不能耐受TURP手术（如心肺功能差、凝血功能差）；
5.术前完善下肢血管彩超存在VTE。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Active malignant disease;
2. Previous prostate surgery or urinary reconstructive surgery;
3. Postoperative disease examination was actually prostate CA;
4. Inability to tolerate TURP surgery (such as poor cardiopulmonary function and poor coagulation function);
5. The presence of VTE in lower extremity vascular color ultrasound was perfected preoperatively.
