研究目的：

重症患者股直肌羽状角变异度、股直肌横截面积变异度及股直肌厚度变异度与医学研究委员会肌力评分（MRC肌力评分）的相关性，及其随重症监护病房（ICU）住院时间的变化特点，并判断肌肉变化对ICU获得性衰弱（ICUAW）诊断的预测价值。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective to investigate the correlation between the variation of rectus femoris pinnate angle, cross-sectional area and thickness with the MRC muscle strength score (MRC muscle strength score) and the length of stay in intensive care unit (ICU), and to evaluate the predictive value of muscle change in the diagnosis of ICU-AW.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄＞18岁；
2.机械通气时间＞24h；
3.同意参加本研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged > 18 years;
2.The duration of mechanical ventilation was more than 24 hours;
3.They agreed to participate in the study and signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.有原发运动功能障碍或明确的神经肌肉疾病；
2.腰椎、骨盆、下肢创伤或手术；
3.四肢缺陷；
4.孕产妇；
5.双下肢测量点出现红肿、出血等情况；
6.进行姑息治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have primary motor dysfunction or clear neuromuscular disease;
2. Lumbar spine, pelvis, lower limb trauma or surgery;
3. Defects of limbs;
4. Pregnant women;
5. Redness, swelling, bleeding, etc. appear at the measuring points of both lower limbs;
6. Carry out palliative care.
