探讨应用聚焦解决模式对乳腺癌术后患者社会疏离的干预效果

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①女性；
②年龄18~60岁；
③完成乳腺癌手术及相关治疗，首次复查；
④社交回避量表得分≧7分和/或UCLA孤独感量表得分≧39分；
⑤神志清、无认知功能障碍及沟通障碍；
⑥知情同意，自愿参加本研究

Inclusion criteria

①女性
②年龄18~60岁
③完成乳腺癌手术及相关治疗，首次复查；
④社交回避量表得分≧7分和/或UCLA孤独感量表得分≧39分；
⑤神志清、无认知功能障碍及沟通障碍；
⑥知情同意，自愿参加本研究

排除标准：

①乳腺癌治疗期出现肿瘤复发或转移；
②合并有其他恶性肿瘤和重要脏器功能不全。

①乳腺癌治疗期出现肿瘤复发或转移
②合并有其他恶性肿瘤和重要脏器功能不全

研究者根据样本量计算结果，将72名即将参与研究的患者，从1开始到 72进行编号。在随机号码表上任意规定抽样起点和抽样次序，一次读取2位数作为一个随机数录于编号下。然后将全部随机数字从小到大编号。规定序号1-36为对照组，37-72为实验组。分组结果装在密封信封里，由研究者本人亲自保管。只有当寻找到一名符合纳入标准的研究对象，信封才能打开。
