Explore the efficacy and brain mechanisms of working memory training

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①经过SCID定式访谈符合DSM-IV精神分裂症诊断标准。②门诊或住院病人，目前口服非典型抗精神病药物治疗，剂量稳定2周以上。③年龄18-40岁，性别不限，右利手，受教育水平为小学以上。④中国韦氏智力量表全量表智商>80。⑤符合磁共振扫描要求。

Inclusion criteria

1. After SCID definite interview with DSM-IV schizophrenia diagnostic criteria;
2. Outpatient or inpatient, the current oral atypical antipsychotic treatment, dose stability for more than 2 weeks;
3. Aged 18-40 years old male and female, right hand, the level of education for primary school or higher;
4. China Wechsler Intelligence Scale Full Scale IQ> 80;
5. meet the magnetic resonance scanning requirements.

排除标准：

①临床症状不符合标准或药物计量不稳定。②伴随严重器质性疾病。③年龄、受教育程度或智力水平不符合要求。④未签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Clinical symptoms do not meet the standard or drug measurement instability;
2. Accompanied by severe organic disease.
