研究目的：

研究普洱茶（熟茶）对健康人群肠道菌群和血生化指标的影响，以评价其对机体糖脂代谢、肠道微生态的调节功能，并尝试建立普洱茶调控下的肠道菌群变化与机体指标变化的相关性，从肠道微生态角度阐明普洱茶的保健功效产生机制。  

Objectives of Study：

Influences of fermented Pu-er tea on the blood biochemical biomarkers and gut microbiota of healthy human were studied to evaluate its glucose and lipid metabolism and intestinal microecological regulating function, and try to establish the correlation between intestinal flora and body index changes under the regulation of Pu-er tea, to illuminate health care efficacy generation mechanism of fermented pu-er tea from the perspective of intestinal microecological.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、健康的青年人，年龄22-35周岁，居住在吉林省长春市吉林大学超过1年，有良好的生活习惯。 2、所有常规体检项目均处于正常值范围内。 3、没有吃过普洱茶（熟）及其制品。

Inclusion criteria

1. Healthy young adults aged from 22-35 with good life style living in Changchun city for more than 1 year; 2. All regular check-up indicators of young adults are in the range of normal reference; 3. They did not have the experience of eating fermented Pu-er tea and its relative products.

排除标准：

1、接受过糖尿病、高血压、血脂异常等疾病的治疗，具有急性或慢性的炎症性疾病、传染性疾病、病毒性感染、癌症或心脑血管疾病。在干预前至干预结束后的3个月内接受过抗生素的治疗，益生菌、益生元和维他命的补充剂，以及其他的医学治疗可能会影响到肠道菌群的变化. 2、普洱茶干预的3个月内（干预前1个月，干预过程中和干预后2个月），有服用抗生素、感冒、发热、腹泻等身体不适者； 3、具有吸烟、喝酒习惯的；饮用碳酸饮料、益生菌、益生元补充剂习惯的； 4、正参加其它临床试验的志愿者； 5、研究人员认为其他原因不适合临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. People have received treatment for diabetes, hypertension, or dyslipidemia, nor did they have any acute or chronic inflammatory diseases, infectious diseases, viral infections, cancer, or had a previous cardiovascular event at study entry. They had received any antibiotic therapy, prebiotics, probiotics or vitamin supplements or any other medical treatment influencing intestinal microbiota during the 3 months before and during the study (2 month before, 1month during the study); 2. Pepole who take antibiotics, catch a cold, fever, diarrhea or other physical discomfort in 3 months before and after the intervention of (1 month before intervention, 2 months during and after intervention); 3. People who have smoking, alcohol drinking, carbonic acid beverage drinking, probiotics and prebiotics supplements administration habits; 4. People who have participated in other clinical trials; 5. Other reasons are not suitable for clinical subjects, according to the researchers.
