研究目的：

探讨纳布啡对肝癌细胞的生长和侵袭能力的影响及其可能机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of nalbuphine on the growth and invasive ability of hepatocellular carcinoma cells and its possible mechanism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.ASA I-III级；
2.病人依从性良好；
3.Child-pugh分级A、B级；
4.术后病理检查证实为肝癌，组织学类型包括肝细胞性肝癌、胆管细胞性肝癌及混合性肝癌。

Inclusion criteria

1.ASA class I-III;
2.Good compliance;
3.Child-pugh grade A and B;
4.Postoperative histopathologic examination confirmed hepatocellular carcinoma, and histological types included hepatocellular carcinoma, cholangiocellular carcinoma and mixed hepatocellular carcinoma.

排除标准：

1.合并多种慢性疾病不能耐受手术麻醉者；
2.严重心、肺、肾功能不全者；
3.相关药物过敏及禁忌症者；
4.有相关药物过敏史；
5.既往或近期有阿片药物服用史；
6.近期新发感染或有免疫系统疾病；
7.妊娠或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with a variety of chronic diseases who can not tolerate surgical anesthesia;
2.Patients with severe cardiac, pulmonary and renal insufficiency;
3.Allergies and contraindications to related drugs;
4.Have a history of drug allergy;
5.Previous or recent history of opioid use;
6.Recent new infection or immune system diseases;
7.Pregnant or lactating women.
