研究目的：

1. 本研究的首要目的是获得基于超声射频技术测量的各年龄段国人颈动脉内中膜厚度及多个血管弹性指标的正常参考值。 2. 研究体型、血压等心血管相关因素对颈动脉内中膜厚度和血管弹性的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. The primary purpose of this study is to obtain normal reference values of carotid artery intima-media thickness and multiple vascular stiffness indexes of Healthy Han adults based on ultrasonic radio frequency technology measurement. 2. To study the influence of body size, blood pressure and other cardiovascular related factors on carotid artery intima-media thickness and vascular stiffness.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄18-79岁的汉族健康成年人；
2. 血压正常：收缩压<140 mmHg，且舒张压<90 mmHg；
3. 体格检查及心电图正常。

Inclusion criteria

1. Healthy Han Chinese adults, Aged 18-79 years;
2. Normal blood pressure: systolic blood pressure <140 mmHg, and diastolic blood pressure <90 mmHg;
3. The physical examination and electrocardiogram are normal.

排除标准：

1. 既往心血管病史及用药史的患者，主要病种包括冠心病、先天性心脏病、心衰、高血压、中风、高脂血症、糖尿病、大动脉炎等；
2. 既往内分泌、风湿、慢性呼吸疾病及肝肾疾病病史及用药史患者；
3. 肥胖受试者(BMI ≥ 28 kg/m^2)、专业运动员、怀孕及哺乳期妇女；
4. 酒精或毒品成瘾者和未戒烟的吸烟者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with previous cardiovascular disease history and medication history, the main diseases include coronary heart disease, congenital heart disease, heart failure, hypertension, stroke, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, aortic arteritis, etc.;
2. Patients with past medical history and medication history of endocrine, rheumatism, chronic respiratory disease, liver and kidney disease;
3. Obese subjects (BMI >= 28 kg/m^2), professional athletes, pregnant and lactating women;
4. Alcohol or drug addicts and smokers who have not quit smoking.
