研究目的：

1.主要目的：研究胃肠道间质瘤患者术后伊马替尼服药时间对复发时间的影响. 2.次要目的：判断伊马替尼最佳服药时间，减少患者复发.  

Objectives of Study：

1. Primary Objective: To study the effect of imatinib administration time on recurrence for patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumor after operation. 2. Secondary objective: To determine the best time to take imatinib and reduce the recurrence of patients.

纳入标准：

根据美国国立卫生研究院（NIH）的标准，高复发风险的GIST。

Inclusion criteria

GIST was classified under the high-risk of recurrence category based on the modified National Institutes of Health (NIH) criteria.

排除标准：

1.转移、不能手术或复发的GIST患者;
2.术前给予伊马替尼治疗的GIST患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. GIST patients with metastasis, inoperability or recurrence;
2. GIST patients treated with imatinib before surgery.
