研究目的：

对新冠肺炎患者的肺功能和胸部高分辨CT进行调查和评估，比较在患者出院月后6、12、24个月时的纵向变化趋势，并以社区健康人群为对照组，比较新冠肺炎患者健康状况的恢复程度。  

Objectives of Study：

Lung function and chest high-resolution CT of COVID-19 patients were investigated and evaluated to compare longitudinal trends at 6, 12, and 24 months after discharge from hospital, and to compare the degree of health recovery of COVID-19 patients with a healthy community population as a control group.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1）2020年1月1日-2020年6月30日于武汉市金银潭医院出院的患者，出院诊断含新型冠状病毒肺炎；
2）年龄≥18周岁；
3）本人或监护人同意签署知情同意书参加本研究；
4）能够按照研究方案完成访视。

Inclusion criteria

1) Patients discharged from Wuhan Jinyintan Hospital between January 1, 2020 and June 30, 2020 with COVID-19 diagnosis; 2) Be at least 18 years old;
3) patient or whose guardian agree to sign an informed consent to participate in this study;
4) Be able to complete the visit according to the research plan.

排除标准：

1）哺乳期女性；
2）妊娠女性

Exclusion criteria：

1) Lactating women;
2) Pregnant women
