研究目的：

探讨产后急性骶髂关节炎的临床特点及关节内局部注射药物的疗效，为产后急性骶髂关节炎的临床诊治提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To discuss the clinical characteristics of postpartum acute sacroiliitis and the efficacy of intra-articular local injection of drugs, to provide scientific basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of postpartum acute sacroiliitis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

对餐后骶髂关节炎患者采用中西医结合方式治疗: 1.小针刀疗法，对骶髂关节病变部位反复针刺，以达到祛痛通经络的目的； 2.在CT，超声等透视引导下行骶髂关节注药术(在骶髂关节内注射罗哌卡因，倍他米松和腺苷钴胺）。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Patients with postprandial sacroiliitis are treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine: 1. Small needle knife therapy, repeated acupuncture on the lesions of the sacroiliac joint to achieve the purpose of dispelling pain and clearing the meridians; 2. Under the guidance of CT, ultrasound and other fluoroscopy, sacroiliac joint injection (ropivacaine, betamethasone and adenosylcobalamin were injected into the sacroiliac joint). 

纳入标准：

1.患者有腰痛，伴或不伴有分娩后髋关节痛、大腿近端痛、腹股沟痛；
2.单侧或双侧骶髂关节压痛，4字试验阳性，骨盆分离试验阳性；
3.X线、CT、MRI显示骨盆损伤，耻骨联合分离，骶髂关节模糊等骶髂关节炎表现。

Inclusion criteria

1. The patient has low back pain, with or without postpartum hip joint pain, proximal thigh pain, and groin pain;
2. Unilateral or bilateral sacroiliac joint tenderness, 4-character test positive, pelvic separation test positive;
3. X-ray, CT, MRI showed pelvic injury, pubic symphysis separation, sacroiliac joint blur and other sacroiliac arthritis manifestations.

排除标准：

1.心肺疾病、肝肾功能不全等严重内科疾病；
2.认知功能障碍、精神障碍，不配合治疗和随访；
3.有强直性脊柱炎或其他腰椎疾病史，病变部位有感染或外伤史；
4.凝血功能异常。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cardiopulmonary disease, liver and kidney dysfunction and other serious medical diseases;
2. Cognitive dysfunction and mental disorder, do not cooperate with treatment and follow-up;
3. A history of ankylosing spondylitis or other lumbar diseases, and a history of infection or trauma at the lesion;
4. Abnormal blood coagulation function.

本实验为回顾性研究，在中南大学湘雅医院病例管理系统里搜索入院诊断为产后骶髂关节炎的病例，获取其临床资料，诊疗过程以及结局及预后。

This study is a retrospective study. We searched the case management system of Xiangya Hospital of Central South University for the diagnosis of acute postpartum inflammatory sacroiliitis, and obtained the clinical data, diagnosis and treatment process, outcome and prognosis.
