Objectives of Study：

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

甲硝唑（500mg/粒） 抗菌药物 乳杆菌DM8909（定君生） 乳杆菌活菌制剂 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Metronidazole (500mg) Antimicrobial agents Lactobacillus DM8909 (Dingjunsheng) live preparation of Lactobacillus DM8909 

纳入标准：

细菌性阴道病的诊断采用Amsel临床诊断标准和Nugent实验室诊断标准进行，只有Nugent评分 > 7的患者是本课题的患者入选对象。其中临床诊断标准为：①阴道匀质、稀薄、白色分泌物；②阴道pH > 4.5；③胺臭味试验（Whiff test）阳性；④线索细胞（Clue cel1）阳性，符合以上四种标准中的三种及以上的即可临床诊断为BV。并检测过氧化氢酶、白细胞酯酶及唾液苷酸酶等三个酶学指标，阳性有助于BV诊断。确认BV需进行实验室微生物学评分即Nugent评分。

Inclusion criteria

The participants who met three or more of the following criteria were clinically diagnosed as BV: homogenous vaginal discharge, >20% clue cells on wet mount, elevated pH (>=4.5) of vaginal discharge, and release of a fishy amine odor upon addition of 10% potassium hydroxide solution to vaginal fluid ("whiff" test) . Then based on the criteria for BV assessment developed by Nugent et al. , participants with the Gram stain score of >=7 were finally confirmed as BV. Participants without these changes were defined as the healthy control group.

排除标准：

年龄 < 18岁，妊娠，糖尿病，1月内口服或阴道局部应用抗菌药物，月经不调，月经期，宫内置节育器，3天前存在性活动，明确的衣原体、假丝酵母菌、淋病奈瑟氏菌及阴道毛滴虫感染，临床诊断的显著的单纯疱疹感染或实验室明确诊断的HPV、HSV-2、及HIV-1感染。

Exclusion criteria：

1. <18 years of age;
2. Pregnancy;
3. Diabetes mellitus;
4. The use of antibiotics or vaginal antimicrobials (orally or by topical application in vulvar/vaginal area) in the previous month;
5. Menstruation;
6. Presence of an intrauterine device, vaginal intercourse within the latest 3 days, known active infection due to Chlamydia, yeast, N. gonorrhoeae, or T. vaginalis;
7. Clinically apparent herpes simplex infection, or defined diagnosed HPV, HSV-2, or HIV-1 infection.
