研究目的：

研究光动力疗法（PDT）在瘘管型前牙根尖周病根管消毒中的作用，分析PDT对瘘管型根尖周病的治疗效果。本次项目实验结果将为瘘管型根尖周病的PDT临床应用提供理论数据支撑并建立循证医学标准，有望提高根尖周病的治疗效果，并减少受试者的就诊次数，同时将为后续进一步研究PDT在复杂弯曲细小根管中消毒中的研究提供研究基础，从而为开展新项目的研究打下坚实的基础。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the role of photodynamic therapy (PDT) in root canal disinfection of fistula-type anterior periapical disease, and analyze the therapeutic effect of PDT on fistula-type periapical disease. The experimental results of this project will provide theoretical data support for the clinical application of PDT for fistula-type periapical disease and establish evidence-based medical standards. It is expected to improve the treatment effect of periapical disease and reduce the number of patients' visits. The follow-up further study of PDT in the disinfection of complex curved thin root canals provides a research basis, so as to lay a solid foundation for the development of new projects.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 实验对象为单根管前牙，根管口闭合，无根内吸收及根外吸收；
② 临床检查明确诊断为瘘管型根尖周病，即具有根尖周病的临床症状，有漏管发生史，影像学检查有根尖周阴影；
③ 未合并严重的牙周病，及临床牙周探诊及影像学检查，牙槽骨吸收小于三分之一，且牙周与根尖破坏未穿通；
④ 临床急性根尖周炎受试者，可在髓腔引流、安抚止痛后，再行一次性根管充填治疗；
⑤ 受试者应为18岁以上45岁以下，且具有独立行为能力，并知情同意进行临床实验。

Inclusion criteria

① The test object is a single canal anterior tooth, the root canal orifice is closed, and there is no intra-root resorption or extra-root resorption;
② Clinical examination is clearly diagnosed as fistula-type periapical disease, that is, it has clinical symptoms of periapical disease, a history of leaky duct, and imaging examination has periapical shadows;
③ No serious periodontal disease, and clinical periodontal exploration and imaging examination, alveolar bone resorption is less than one-third, and periodontal and apical damage is not penetrated;
④ Subjects with clinical acute periapical periodontitis can be treated with a one-time root canal filling after the medullary cavity is drained, soothed and relieved;
⑤ Subjects should be over 18 years old and under 45 years old, have independent behavioral ability, and have informed consent to conduct clinical trials.

排除标准：

① 受试者不能接受，或因身体、时间因素无法配合完成治疗及随访的；
② 治疗中未按标准操作规范流程进行（包括采用统一的操作流程完成治疗，包括使用橡皮障、次氯酸钠冲洗，PDT治疗，一次性根充等），导致无法进行实验分析的。

Exclusion criteria：

① The subject cannot accept it, or cannot cooperate to complete the treatment and follow-up due to physical or time factors;
② The treatment was not carried out in accordance with the standard operating procedures (including the use of a unified operating procedure to complete the treatment, including the use of rubber dams, sodium hypochlorite flushing, PDT treatment, one-time root filling, etc.), resulting in the inability to conduct experimental analysis.
