研究目的：

孤独症患者眼跳功能损害和神经系统软体征可能作为一种孤独症的生物学指标，补充了目前在孤独症鉴别诊断领域的相关知识。  

Objectives of Study：

Impaired vision and neurological soft signs may be used as a biological indicator of autism, we want to complement the current differential diagnosis in the field of autism related knowledge.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合国际疾病分类第10版（ICD-10）精神和行为障碍分类孤独症诊断标准； 2.年龄6-12岁； 3.裸眼视力正常； 4.病情稳定，能配合眼动追踪实验。

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnostic criteria for autism in accordance with the International Classification of Diseases, 10th Edition (ICD-10), Mental and Behavioral Disorders;
2. Aged 18-60 years;
3. Normal uncorrected visual acuity;
4. Stable condition.

排除标准：

1.屈光不正斜视、散光、弱视等眼科疾病； 2.合并脑器质性疾病及脑外伤； 3.合并其他类型精神疾病。 4.严重衰退和冲动不合作患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. refractive errors, strabismus, astigmatism, amblyopia and other eye diseases;
2. Combined with brain organic disease and brain trauma;
3. Combined with other mental illness;
4. Patients with severe recession and impulsivity who do not cooperate.
