研究目的：

PEEP可以预防肺不张的形成。这项研究的目的是运用超声评估婴幼儿腹腔镜手术中，超声引导肺复张后使用不同PEEP预防婴幼儿麻醉机械通气期间肺不张。  

Objectives of Study：

PEEP can prevent the development of pulmonary atelectasis. The purpose of this study was to use ultrasound to assess the use of different PEEPs to prevent pulmonary atelectasis during anesthesia mechanical ventilation in infants and children after ultrasound-guided pulmonary reopening during laparoscopic surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）3个月-3岁婴幼儿;（2）ASA分级 I–III（3）接受全麻腹腔镜手术。

Inclusion criteria

( 1 ) 3 months to 3 years old infants ; ( 2 ) ASA grade I-III ( 3 ) received general anesthesia laparoscopic surgery.

排除标准：

（1）麻醉剂过敏病史；（2）明显心血管、呼吸、中枢神经系统；（3）近期呼吸道感染；（4）术前胸部X片或CT检查异常，包括肺不张、气胸、胸腔积液或肺炎。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) history of anesthetic allergy; (2) significant cardiovascular, respiratory, and central nervous system; (3) recent respiratory tract infection; (4) abnormal preoperative chest X-ray or CT examination, including pulmonary atelectasis, pneumothorax, pleural effusion, or pneumonia.
