探讨血清GDF15水平与PCOS患者胰岛素抵抗之间的相关性  

Objectives of Study：

Objective to investigate the correlation between serum GDF15 level and insulin resistance in patients with PCOS

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

纳入研究的多囊卵巢综合征病人诊断标准是参照2003 年鹿特丹ESHRE/ASRM 推荐的PCOS诊断标准：①稀发排卵或不排卵。②临床或生化有高雄激素表现。③超声提示卵巢多囊卵巢，但排除可引起高雄激素血症和排卵障碍等其它疾病，如21-羟化酶缺乏、先天性肾上腺皮质增生症、Cushing’s综合症、甲状腺疾病、高泌乳素血症等。所有的健康人均血糖正常，且临床或生化无高雄激素表现。

Inclusion criteria

The three criteria are 1) oligo- and/or anovulation; 2) clinical and/or biochemical signs of hyperandrogenism, and 3) ultrasound appearance of polycystic ovaries with the exclusion of other known causes of hyperandrogenemia and ovulatory dysfunction including 21-hydroxylase deficiency, congenital adrenal hyperplasia, Cushing's syndrome, and thyroid disease, hyperprolactinemia.

排除标准：

年龄> 40岁BMI > 35 kg/m2, 心血管疾病甲状腺疾病肿瘤、吸烟、糖尿病、高血压、肾功能受损（血肌酐> 120 μmol/l）。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria for both groups included age older than 40 years, body mass index (BMI) more than 35 kg/m2, known cardiovascular disease, thyroid disease, neoplasms, smoking, diabetes, hypertension, and renal impairment (serum creatinine 120 μmol/l).
