研究目的：

本研究的主要目的是探究富血小板血浆（PRP）治疗食管癌根治术后吻合口狭窄的有效性及安全性，次要目的是探究PRP对于食管癌根治术后吻合口狭窄患者远期预后的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The main purpose of this study is to explore the efficacy and safety of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) in the treatment of anastomotic stricture after radical resection of esophageal cancer, and the secondary purpose is to explore the effect of PRP on the long-term prognosis of patients with anastomotic stricture after radical resection of esophageal cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

常规内镜下探条扩张术+术后吻合口注射PRP，术后质子泵抑制剂治疗1周。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Routine endoscopic bougie dilatation + postoperative anastomotic injection of PRP, postoperative proton pump inhibitor treatment for 1 week. 

纳入标准：

①患者为食管癌根治术后，有主观吞咽困难症状，如仅能进流质饮食等；
②年龄18~80岁；
③无内镜治疗禁忌症，普通胃镜无法顺利通过狭窄部位；
④经影像学证实无局部复发或周围侵犯；
⑤患者及家属均对本研究知情同意，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

①The patient had subjective dysphagia after radical resection of esophageal cancer, such as only a liquid diet.
②Age 18-80 years old
③Without contraindications of endoscopic treatment, ordinary gastroscope can not pass through the stricture smoothly
④No local recurrence or peripheral invasion was confirmed by imaging
⑤The patients and their families all gave informed consent to this study and signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①合并其他恶性肿瘤者或其他食管疾病者；
②合并器官功能障碍者；
③合并吻合口瘘者；
④吻合口肿瘤复发者；
⑤治疗依从性差，不能完成随访复查者；
⑥妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
⑦存在内镜手术禁忌者。

Exclusion criteria：

①Patients with other malignant tumors or other esophageal diseases;
②Patients with organ dysfunction;
③Patients with anastomotic fistula;
④Recurrence of anastomotic tumor
⑤Patients with poor treatment compliance and unable to complete follow-up review;
⑥Pregnant or lactating women
⑦Patients with contraindications to endoscopic surgery
