研究目的：

本研究采用随机对照的方法，对比观察耳揿针组、耳压组和安慰针组治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效差异，客观评价新型揿针的临床疗效，丰富PD的治疗方法，同时评价耳穴治疗原发性痛经是否存在安慰效应；并根据客观指标的评价探讨原发性痛经的机制，以期为治疗原发性痛经提供有价值的科研资料和疗效更确切、更合理的治疗方法。  

Objectives of Study：

This research adopts randomized controlled method, comparative observation of ear, ear pressure groups and comfort press the needle group the clinical curative effect of treatment of primary dysmenorrhea, objectively evaluate the clinical curative effect of the new press the needle, rich PD treatment, if there is a placebo effect evaluation system which simultaneously treatment for primary dysmenorrhea; And according to the objective standards of evaluation to explore the mechanism of primary dysmenorrhea, so as to provide valuable for treatment of primary dysmenorrhea research data and curative effect is more accurate and more reasonable treatment method

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合西医诊断标准者；②年龄在17-30岁之间的未婚女性；③月经周期规律，一月一行；④签署知情同意书者；⑤受试者病程均在一年以上；⑥入选前3个月内未接受其他任何治疗。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the western medicine diagnostic criteria of primary dysmenorrhea;
2. aged 17 to 30 years unmarried women;
3. Normal menstrual cycle (a cycle every month);
4. signed informed consent;
5. History of condition longer than one year;
6. Rounding out the top three months did not receive any other treatment.

排除标准：

①不符合纳入标准者；②经西医检查证实由器质性病变引起的继发性痛经的受试者；③患有严重其它系统疾病如心血管病变、肝、肾或血液系统疾病,或精神病,不适合参加研究者；④患者不配合或正在参加其他药物临床试验者； 注：凡符合上述任何一条的患者，即应予以排除。

Exclusion criteria：

1. caused by organic disease was confirmed by western medicine examination secondary dysmenorrhea subjects;
2. with severe other system diseases such as cardiovascular disease, liver and kidney and blood system diseases, or mental illness, not suitable for researchers;
3. don't fit or is in other drug clinical subjects.
Note: patient meet anyone of above three items should be excluded.

本课题采用区组随机化分组。以入院时间 (月份)作为配伍因素，将入院时间同月相邻的患者作为一个区组，设定区组长度为9，区组数为10，将受试者按照入院先后顺序进行编号；根据随机数字表法得到区组数的随机顺序号；将病例号按顺序进入区组号码顺序的各区组，进行随机分配。
