Inclusion criteria

Patients with APRC （antipsychotics-related constipation）

排除标准：

没有严重的肠道器质性病变、其他重大疾病及其他影响试验结果的疾病

Exclusion criteria：

no serious underlying pathologic cause for constipation.

患者将根据区组分层随机化分配至EA组或SEA组。随机数列由SAS第9版本中的PROC生成，以4个试验点为分层因素，字符长度为4。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Participants will be allocated to the EA or SA group using stratified block randomization. The randomization sequences is generated by using PROC PLAN in SAS, version 9.4 (SAS Institute), with the study site as the stratification factor and the block length as 4.

盲法：

所有患者均隔开治疗以避免相互交流。除了针灸操作者，其余参与者均盲于本次试验的分组（电针组vs假电针组）。试验开始前，患者将被告知他们有均等的机会被分至电针组或假电针组。为了测试患者是否不知自己分组，我们将选择一半患者进行盲测（一半患者）。针灸师会让患者在第4周和第8周猜测自己接受的是电针治疗还是假电针治疗。

Blinding：

All participants will be treated separately to prevent communication. Except for acupuncturists, all relevant parties are blinded to the intervention (EA vs. SA) groups. Participants will be informed that they will have an equal chance of allocation to the EA or SA group before study participation. To test the success of blinding, we will randomly select half of participants for the blinding assessment; the acupuncturists will ask them to guess whether they received EA or SA after treatments in weeks 4 and 8
