研究目的：

对比传统的面罩吸氧，探究经鼻高流量湿化氧疗是否能减少高海拔地区患者气管插管期间低氧血症的发生率，从而改善患者预后。  

Objectives of Study：

Compared with traditional mask oxygen inhalation, it is explored whether high-flow humidification oxygen therapy through the nose can reduce the incidence of hypoxemia during tracheal intubation in patients in high altitude areas, thereby improving the prognosis of patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

行择期全麻气管插管的成人患者（18岁以上）。

Inclusion criteria

Adult patients (over 18 years old) undergoing elective tracheal intubation under general anesthesia.

排除标准：

1.返流误吸高风险患者（急诊、孕妇、胃食管返流等）；
2.面部或上呼吸道创伤不能佩戴者；
3.鼻腔严重堵塞者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with high risk of reflux aspiration (emergency department, pregnant women, gastroesophageal reflux, etc.);
2. Patients who cannot wear the face or upper respiratory tract trauma;
3. Severely blocked nasal cavity.
