探讨心脏变时指数对合并冠脉病变川崎病患儿远期运动耐力的评估价值  

Objectives of Study：

This study aimed to evaluate the value of Chronotropic Response Index (CRI) in long-term exercise endurance of children with Kawasaki disease complicated with coronary artery disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）随机抽样方式收集我院川崎病门诊随访患儿120例为研究对象，所有川崎病患儿符合 2017 年《川崎病的诊断、治疗及远期管理——美国心脏协会对医疗专业人员的科学声明》川崎病诊断及冠脉评价标准；
2）年龄范围：4~18岁；
3）根据《赫尔辛基宣言》的原则，研究对象的父母或监护人均给予书面知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1) A total of 120 children with Kawasaki disease were randomly sampled from the outpatient follow-up of our hospital. All children with Kawasaki disease met the criteria for diagnosis, Treatment and Long-term Management of Kawasaki Disease -- Scientific Statement for Medical Professionals by the American Heart Association in 2017;
2) Age range: 4~18;
3) In accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki, the parents or guardians of the study subjects gave written informed consent.

排除标准：

1）既往或目前有糖尿病、血脂异常、家族遗传性心血管疾病、家族性遗传代谢性疾病、甲状腺功能异常疾病、半胱氨酸尿症、慢性肾病、血液系统疾病病史；2）就诊前3个月内有任何大手术史、输血史、血管内皮活性药物使用史。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Past or present history of diabetes, dyslipidemia, familial inherited cardiovascular disease, familial inherited metabolic disease, thyroid dysfunction disease, cysteinuria, chronic kidney disease, blood system disease; 2) Any history of major surgery, blood transfusion, and use of active drugs in the endothelium within 3 months prior to the visit.
