研究目的：

评价一种融合蛋白治疗糖尿病足的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To assess the safety and effecacy of a Fusion Protein in the treatment of diabetic foot.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-80周岁；
2. 血糖可控制的1型或2型糖尿病患者；
3.Wagner分级Ⅰ～Ⅱ级的糖尿病足，无身体其他部位的感染性疾病；
4. 溃疡侧肢体足够的血液供应，踝动脉-肱动脉血压比值 1.1≧ABI ≧0.8；或经皮氧分压TcPO2≥20mmHg;
5. 溃疡面积大于1cm2;
6. 依从性良好；
7.签署知情同意书，并注明日期

Inclusion criteria

1. aged 18-70 years;
2. type 1 or 2 diabetes mellituswhose blood sugar levels could be controlled;
3. Wagner's grades 1 and 2 DFU, no infection except the diabetic food ulcer;
4. Adequate arterial blood flow at the corresponding limb as evidenced by an ankle brachial index (ABI) of > 0.8 and <= 1.1, or a TcPO2 >=20 mmHg must be present;
5. A target ulcer which is not less than 1 cm2;
6. Willing and able to follow instructions;
7. signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1．孕妇或哺乳期妇女,或未采取避孕措施的育龄妇女；
2.近 4 周内患侧肢体可能接受外科手术者（清创手术去除坏死组织除外）；
3．糖尿病并急性并发症；
4. 脑中风、腰椎疾病等引起下肢感觉、运动功能障碍者；
5. 溃疡处有恶性病变；
6. 营养不良,血红蛋白(HB)<90g/L，血清总蛋白（ALB）<30g/L；
7. 血压≧180/110mmHg;
8. 患者有严重的心功能、或肝功能、或肾功能、或其他器官功能异常；
9.酗酒或药物滥用者；
10. 预计生存期少于 6 个月；
11. 研究者认为受试者有潜在风险或有干扰受试者的任何其他因素

Exclusion criteria：

1. Lactating and pregnant women, and those of childbearing potential not using reliable contraceptive methods;
2. surgical procedure other than debridement on the study ulcer foot in 4 weeks;
3. Patients with acute complications;
4. Patients with stroke or Lumbar diseases resulting in obstacles of consciousness or movement of Lower limbs;
5. Malignant lesions in the ulcer;
6. malnutrition ,Hemoglobin(HB)<90g/L，Serum total protein（ALB）<30g/L;
7. Blood pressure>=180/110mmHg;
8. With serious abnormal function of heart, liver, kidney and other vital organs;
9. alcohol or drug abuse;
10. Expected lifetime is no more than 6 months;
11. medical conditions that in the justified opinion of the investigator would make the patient an inappropriate candidate for the study.
