研究卵母细胞冻存和/或卵巢组织冻存技术在子宫内膜异位症患者中应用可行性有效性  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the feasibility and effectiveness of oocyte cryopreservation and/or ovarian tissue cryopreservation in endometriosis patients

纳入标准：

卵母细胞冻存入选标准：
年龄≤40岁
强烈要求保存卵母细胞
卵巢囊肿，疑似子宫内膜异位症，且至少一侧囊肿直径≥4cm
能够耐受促排卵以及阴道取卵操作
受试者自愿加入本研究，签署知情同意书，依从性好，配合随访；

卵巢组织冻存入选标准：
＜40岁
强烈要求保留卵巢内分泌功能
卵巢囊肿，疑似子宫内膜异位症，且至少一侧囊肿直径≥4cm
卵巢储备功能正常
能够耐受腹腔镜手术。
能够理解并愿意提供书面知情同意书，且可遵从研究要求。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for cryopreservation of oocytes:
age ≤40 years old
strongly require preservation of oocyte
ovarian cysts, suspected endometriosis, and at least one cyst diameter ≥4cm
who are able to tolerate ovulation induction and vaginal egg-extraction procedures
voluntarily participate in this study, sign informed consent, good compliance, and follow up;

Inclusion criteria for cryopreservation of ovarian tissue:
< 40 years old,
with strong need to preserve ovarian endocrine function,
suspected endometriosis, and at least one cyst diameter ≥4cm,
with normal ovarian reserve function
able to tolerate laparoscopic surgery
Able to understand and be willing to provide written informed consent and to comply with study requirements.

排除标准：

1) 患有传染性疾病者（HIV 梅毒肝炎等）
2) 有手术或麻醉禁忌者
3) 患者具有精神障碍或明确的精神疾病家族史
4) 其他不符合法律、法规或伦理的情况

Exclusion criteria：

1) patients with infectious diseases (HIV, syphilis, hepatitis, etc.)
2) patients with surgery or anesthesia contraindication
3) patients with mental disorders or family history of mental diseases
4) other conditions that do not conform to laws, regulations or ethics
