研究目的：

SCD-Q9量表主要运用于识别MCI和主观认知下降主诉。本研究旨在证明SCD-Q9量表评价指标在中国社区老年人群中的有效性,同时评估其对MCI、SCD与健康人群中的鉴别能力，并寻找SCD-9中的核心问题。  

Objectives of Study：

Subjective cognitive decline questionnaire9 (SCD-Q9) can reliably identify mild cognitive impairment (MCI) with subjective cognitive decline (SCD) complaints. The purpose of this study was to prove the effectiveness of SCD-Q9 in Chinese community elderly population, evaluate its ability to distinguish MCI and SCD from healthy population, and find out the core items in SCD-Q9.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(a)年龄≥60岁;(b)母语为汉语。

Inclusion criteria

(a) age ≥60 years;(b) mother tongue is Chinese.

排除标准：

(a)文盲;(b)严重的视力或听力损害;(c)痴呆或任何可能导致脑功能障碍的身体或精神障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

(a) illiteracy;(b) severe impairment of vision or hearing;(c) dementia or any physical or mental disorder that may cause brain dysfunction.
