研究目的：

本课题通过对湿热质单纯性肥胖人群进行针刺治疗，观察针刺对湿热质单纯性肥胖人群体重等相关指标的改善作用，并观察针刺对其脂代谢的影响，为针刺治疗湿热质肥胖及改善脂代谢提供客观依据。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, acupuncture was used to treat simple obesity with damp-heat constitution, to observe the effect of acupuncture on body weight and other related indexes of simple obesity with damp-heat constitution, and to observe the effect of acupuncture on lipid metabolism, to provide objective basis for acupuncture treatment of damp-heat obesity and improvement of lipid metabolism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合且28kg/m2≤体重指数（BMI）＜32kg/m2的单纯性肥胖患者，并符合湿热质中医诊断标准。
2.年龄在18～60周岁之间，性别不限。
3.近2个月内未使用减肥药以及其他减肥方法者。
4.自愿参加并且能够配合临床指标检测，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. The patients with simple obesity met the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine that 28kg/m2≤BMI＜32kg/m2 , and met the traditional Chinese medicine diagnostic criteria of damp-heat constitution.
2. Between the ages of 18 and 60, regardless of gender.
3. No use of diet pills and other methods of losing weight in the past 2 months.
4. Voluntary participation and ability to cooperate with clinical indicators test, sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1.继发性肥胖患者，如下丘脑综合症、性腺功能不全、甲状腺功能减退症、库欣综合征、多囊卵巢综合征、肿瘤、药物等原因导致的肥胖。
2.合并有严重心脑血管疾患、肝肾功能不全、血液系统疾病等严重原发性疾病。
3.患有严重的精神类疾病。
4.严重过敏体质，或近期有感染史者。
5.皮肤溃疡者。
6.正在进行或近2个月进行了其他减肥治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Secondary obesity, such as hypothalamic syndrome, gonadal dysfunction, hypothyroidism, Cushings syndrome, polycystic ovary syndrome, tumors, drugs and other causes of obesity.
2. It was complicated with heart, brain and blood vessel disease, liver and kidney dysfunction, blood system disease and other serious primary diseases.
3. Suffering from severe mental illness.
4.People with severe allergies or a recent history of infection.
5. People with skin ulcers.
6. Those who are undergoing or have been undergoing other weight loss treatments for nearly 2 months.
