研究目的：

1.介入治疗对糖尿病足患者治疗的有效性 2.介入治疗对糖尿病足患者治疗的安全性  

Objectives of Study：

1. The efficacy of the interventional treatment for diabetic foot; 2. The safety of the interventional treatment for diabetic foot.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.有足部溃；2.Rutherford分级3级以上；3.下肢血管CTA提示血管狭窄

Inclusion criteria

1. Foot ulcers;
2. The stage 3 of Rutherford;
3. the CTA show lower limb vascular stenosis.

排除标准：

① 不能表达或理解知情同意；② 无法或不愿完成研究所需要的流程；③ 正在参与干预性临床试验；④ 妊娠期或哺乳期妇女；⑤ HIV感染或艾滋病患者；⑥ 心功能IV级或存在致死性心率失常；⑦ 肾功能衰竭（CKD5期）；⑧ 对碘剂过敏；⑨ 近期有活动性出血以及凝血功能障碍；

Exclusion criteria：

1. pregnant women;
2. HIV patient;
3. Cardiac function grade IV or fatal arrhythmia;
4. the fifth stage of CKD;
5. Allergic to iodine6. active hemorrhage or coagulation disorders.
