研究目的：

本课题是基于线粒体的质量控制对推拿治疗中风后认知功能障碍的作用机制进行探究，验证“推拿通过促进线粒体的生物发生，调控线粒体动力学平衡以拮抗氧化损伤，并维持神经稳定的能量供应，调节神经可塑性，从而改善中风后神经损伤导致的认知功能障碍”的治疗机制假说。  

Objectives of Study：

This topic is based on the quality control of mitochondria to explore the mechanism of massage in the treatment of cognitive dysfunction after stroke, to verify that "massage by promoting mitochondrial biogenesis, regulating mitochondrial dynamic balance to antagonize oxidative damage, and maintain a stable energy supply of nerves, regulate neural plasticity, thereby improving the cognitive dysfunction caused by nerve damage after stroke ".

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在 35-70 岁之间；
2.符合脑梗死诊断标准，具备头CT 或MRI明确梗死灶；
3.汉密尔顿抑郁评定量表（HAMD）＜8 分；
4.所有患者的临床痴呆评定量表(CDR)评分为 0.5 分；
5.日常生活活动能力量表（ADL）＞60 分，生活基本自理；
6.MMSE评分文盲≥13 分，小学文化≥19 分，中学以上文化≥24 分；
7.MoCA总分，受教育年限≥12 年者＜26 分；受教育年限＜12 年者＜25 分，并参考卒中后认知障碍专家管理共识中的基线假设。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age between 35-70 years old;
2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for cerebral infarction, with head CT or MRI to identify the infarct focus;
3. Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD) <8 points;
4. The clinical dementia rating scale (CDR) score of all patients is 0.5 points;
5. Activity of Daily Living Ability Scale (ADL)> 60 points, basic self-care;
6. MMSE score is illiteracy >=13 points, elementary school culture >=19 points, middle school or above culture >=24 points;
7. For the total score of MoCA, the number of years of education >= 12 years <26 points; the number of years of education <12 years <25 points, and refer to the baseline assumptions in the expert management consensus on cognitive impairment after stroke.

排除标准：

1.脑梗死病程小于14天或大于6个月者；
2.或家属诉患者脑梗死前认知下降，或其他原因引起的认知功能障碍；
3.基本信息，临床资料不完整者，不符合量表的评分要求；
4.存在心力衰竭、帕金森氏病、老年性痴呆、卒中后痴呆、癌症、危重疾病状态等；
5.由于昏迷，精神障碍等原因及不能配合的病人；
6.患有干扰认知功能评价的某些疾病，包括脑外伤以及精神疾病；
7.筛选前服用过改善认知功能药物者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The course of cerebral infarction was less than 14 days or more than 6 months;
2. Family members complain of cognitive decline before cerebral infarction, or cognitive dysfunction caused by other reasons;
3. Patients with incomplete basic information and clinical data do not meet the scoring requirements of the scale;
4. Heart failure, Parkinson's disease, senile dementia, post-stroke dementia, cancer, critical disease, etc.; 5. Because of coma, mental disorders and other reasons and cannot cooperate with the patient;
6. Some diseases that interfere with the evaluation of cognitive function, including brain trauma and mental illness;
7. Patients who had taken drugs to improve cognitive function before screening.
