研究目的：

阵发性室上性心动过速是一组以突发突止为特征，发作时规则而快速的心律失常，大多数心电图表现为QRS波形态正常、RR间期绝对规则的心动过速，其发生机制为折返。PSVT的发病率约每年0.36‰ ，可见于多年龄段，多发于女性和老年人。其中AVNRT是最常见的PSVT，占PSVT近2/3，女性患病多于男性。AVRT男性多于女性，常无器质性心脏病。实际上发病率可能比此值为高,因未来就诊或未逢发作期。经食管心脏电生理检查是一种无创性临床电生理诊断和治疗技术，包括经食管心房调搏和经食管心室调搏。经放置食管电极可以间接刺激左心房和左心室，分析同步记录的体表心电图可以对心脏的电生理特性和心律失常机制做出分析，或可以诱发和终止心律失常。因普通心电图及动态心电图对阵发性室上性心动过速的诊断率不高，需要另外的技术提高PSVT的诊断率。因此，本文拟探讨经食管心脏电生理检查在阵发性室上性心动过速诊断中的应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

Paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia is a group of regular and rapid arrhythmias characterized by sudden arrest. Most electrocardiograms show tachycardia with normal QRS wave and absolutely regular RR interval. Its mechanism is reentry. The incidence rate of PSVT is about 0.36 per year, which can be seen in many age groups, mostly in women and elderly people. Among them, AVNRT is the most common PSVT, accounting for nearly 2 / 3 of PSVT. Women are more sick than men. AVRT is more male than female, and often has no organic heart disease. In fact, the incidence rate may be higher than this value because of future treatment or not. Transesophageal cardiac electrophysiological examination is a non-invasive clinical electrophysiological diagnosis and treatment technology, including transesophageal atrial pacing and transesophageal ventricular pacing. The placement of esophageal electrodes can indirectly stimulate the left atrium and left ventricle. Analyzing the synchronously recorded body surface ECG can analyze the electrophysiological characteristics and arrhythmia mechanism of the heart, or induce and terminate arrhythmia. Because the diagnostic rate of common ECG and ambulatory ECG for idiopathic supraventricular tachycardia is not high, additional techniques are needed to improve the diagnostic rate of PSVT. Therefore, this paper intends to explore the application value of transesophageal cardiac electrophysiology in the diagnosis of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia.

Inclusion criteria

Patients with paroxysmal palpitation or paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia on ECG.

排除标准：

存在经食管心脏电生理检查禁忌症和患有其它严重疾病的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with contraindications to transesophageal cardiac electrophysiological examination and other serious diseases.
