研究目的：

该项研究目的为比较使用ENDOANGEL与不使用ENDOANGEL在判断食管癌(包括高级别)患者中是否为B2、B3血管合并大AVA的准确率的研究。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to compare the accuracy of using ENDOANGEL and not using ENDOANGEL in diagnosis whether patients with esophageal cancer (including high-grade) are B2 and B3 vessels with large AVA.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

如果预计患者符合入排标准，则邀请患者参与该项研究，随后完成该临床试验机构的知情同意程序； 根据方案的入选排除标准对受试者的资格进行筛选； 如果受试者符合方案入选排除标准，进行上消化道内镜前的信息将被收集； 在知情同意后进行胃镜检查，期间在CRF上记录操作细节、关键阶段的时间点、工具和器械信息以及任何术中不良事件，以便提交和随后的分析； 将在术后至出院阶段进行随访，详见时间和事件表。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

If the patient is expected to meet the admission criteria, the patient is invited to participate in the study, and then the informed consent procedure of the clinical trial institution is completed; Screen the qualifications of subjects according to the selection/exclusion criteria of the program; If the subject meets the selection/exclusion criteria of the protocol, information before the upper gastrointestinal endoscopy will be collected. Perform gastroscopy after informed consent, during which operation details, key phase time points, tool and device information, and any intraoperative adverse events will be recorded on the CRF for submission and subsequent analysis. Follow-up will be carried out from the postoperative period to the discharge stage, see the time and event table for details. 

纳入标准：

1) 年龄在18岁（含）以上的男性或女性；
2) 需要进行上消化道内镜检查进一步诊疗，以下条件需满足其一：a.需要进行食管ESD手术切除的患者；b.需要明确病变特征的食管癌高危病史患者；
3) 能够阅读、理解并签署知情同意书；
4) 研究者认为受试者能够理解该临床研究的流程，愿意并能够完成所有的研究程序和随访访视，配合研究程序。

Inclusion criteria

1) Males or females who are over 18 years old (inclusive);
2) Upper gastrointestinal endoscopy is required for further diagnosis and treatment, and one of the following conditions needs to be met: a. Patients who need to undergo esophageal ESD surgery; b. Patients with a high-risk history of esophageal cancer who need to have clear lesion characteristics;
3) Able to read, understand and sign informed consent forms;
4) The researcher believes that the subject can understand the process of the clinical research, is willing and able to complete all research procedures and follow-up visits, and cooperate with the research procedures.

排除标准：

1) 已参加其它临床试验，签署知情同意书并在其它临床试验的随访期内；
2) 已参加药物临床试验，并且在试验药物或对照药物的洗脱期内；
3) 最近5年存在药物或酒精滥用情况或有心理障碍；
4) 孕期或哺乳期妇女；
5) 既往食管手术史的受试者；
6) 既往病史中有预使用的麻醉药物过敏；
7) 研究者认为受试者不适合接受无痛上消化道内镜检查；
8) 研究者认为受试者不适宜参加临床试验的高危疾病或其它特殊情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Participated in other clinical trials, signed an informed consent form and within the follow-up period of other clinical trials;
2) Participated in drug clinical trials, and within the washout period of test drugs or control drugs;
3) Abuse of drugs or alcohol or mental disorders in the last 5 years;
4) Women during pregnancy or breastfeeding;
5) Subjects with previous history of esophageal surgery;
6) Allergies to pre-used anesthetics in previous medical history;
7) The researcher believes that the subject is not suitable for painless upper gastrointestinal endoscopy;
8) The investigator believes that the subject is not suitable for high-risk diseases or other special circumstances to participate in clinical trials.
